Dr. Eva Pip presents on Edible Flowers

Add panache and that je-ne-sais-quoi to your festive as well as everyday dishes! This presentation explores the various flowers in our gardens that are safe to eat and make food into stunning art. Who knew? Mention is also made of flowers NOT to eat, now that we know better, contrary to what baba used to do. Recipes will be posted on the Gardens Manitoba website. Enjoy! Bask in the envy of your gardening friends!
